The following documents are required for your application to be processed:

a recent photograph of the applicant.
the applicant’s most current NAPLAN results, or if no test has previously been completed, then a second school report
Evidence of the applicant’s area(s) of excellence including supporting documents where applicable.
If applying for a means-tested scholarship, families will be asked to complete an additional means-tested application and provide supporting documentation (e.g. tax returns).

Individual documents must be less than 5MB.
The size of all combined documents uploaded cannot exceed 30MB

3. Student Learning and Wellbeing
