The following documents are required for your application to be processed:

a recent photograph of the applicant.
the applicant’s most current NAPLAN results, or if no test has previously been completed, then a second school report
Evidence of the applicant’s area(s) of excellence including supporting documents where applicable.
If applying for a means-tested scholarship, families will be asked to complete an additional means-tested application and provide supporting documentation (e.g. tax returns).

To be eligible for the Richard Ball scholarship, applicants must:

To be eligible for a Nigel Cherk Academic Scholarship, applicants must:

attend and complete the academic test, which will be held 8 February 2025 for students in Year 9

Rennie Coutts STEM Scholarship for Girls

Rennie Coutts STEM Scholarship for Girls

To be eligible for the Rennie Coutts STEM Scholarship for Girls, applicants must:

be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident visa holder
be a new female student entering Years 7 at the Elsternwick Campus, or entering Years 7 and 10 at the St Kilda Road or Glen Waverley Campus
demonstrate an interest in, and aptitude for, STEM. Please ensure the applicant has completed a statement outlining their motivation for applying for the Rennie Coutts STEM Scholarship for Girls in the STEM area of excellence section below.
Upload evidence of participation and achievement in STEM related programs and activities eg relevant clubs or competitions in the STEM area of excellence above.
sit the academic test and the supplementary 30-minute science-based written exercise on Saturday, 7 February 2026. Applicants sitting the test will be in Year 6 or 9
